Actual information on restrictions connected with the epidemiological situation

Dear passengers of AZUR air Airline!

Dear passengers! To make it easier for you to plan your trip, we have prepared small memos on the countries to which AZUR air operates international flights. Please remember about safety while travelling!

In order to restore the mobility of the population of the Russian Federation with the use of air transport and a phased withdrawal from the regime of anti-epidemic restrictions introduced as part of the fight against COVID-19, the differentiated measures of prevention and control are applied on boards of AZUR air aircraft.

There are provided three steps for removing the restrictions.

The stages of restrictions removal are established on the basis of indicators of the subject where the airport is located, defined in accordance with the Methodological recommendations of MP 3.1.0178-20, approved by the head of the Federal Service for Surveillance of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.

  1. Passengers are allowed on board the aircraft wearing protective masks and gloves, which must not be removed during the entire flight. On flights longer than 3 hours the masks are changed on a scheduled basis by distribution and collection of used masks by flight attendants. Used masks are collected in an airtight container for further disinfection and disposal.
  2. In the cabin of an aircraft, passengers take off their outer clothing and place it on a hand luggage shelf, except for air transportation in regions with negative outside air temperatures and depending on the type of aircraft used. It is not allowed to take out the outerwear during the flight without a valid reason and without informing the cabin crew member.
  3. Passengers boarding and disembarkation of passengers from the aircraft is carried out in compliance with social distance measures taking into account the infrastructural capabilities of the airport.
  4. Contactless thermometry is carried out on the boarding control line or at the entrance to the board; passengers with increased body temperature are not allowed on board. At the entrance to the aircraft passengers carry out hand treatment in gloves using disposable wipes with antiseptic, which are then disposed in a special container. When the container is filled, it is hermetically sealed and handed over to the airport ground services for disinfection and disposal.
  5. The movement of passengers in the cabin is restricted, except for visiting the sanitary and hygiene unit. The "fasten your seatbelts" mode is kept during the whole flight.
  6. The queue in the sanitary and hygiene unit is controlled by a flight attendant in order to maintain a social distance and "fasten your seatbelts" mode.
  7. Meals on flights are provided either in an airtight individual package or must be heated on board. Cold drinks are delivered on board the aircraft in individual packages. Hot and cold drinks are provided individually to passengers on board the aircraft in individual disposable tableware.
  8. Meals, including children's beverages, that passengers brought on board the aircraft should be only in hermetic packaging (not opened).
